Textfor

Textfor... provides the ideal way of capturing email and mobile customer data with the minimum of effort. It is driven by POS material located in-store, a poster campaign, a mailing or through press, TV or radio advertising and works in the following way:

1. Potential customers send a text with a promotional code and their email address to a short SMS number e.g. MIG This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to 84555

2. Textfor... automatically responds with a free text and sends an email directly to the potential customer’s inbox.

3. Potential customers go online, open their email and click on the link to the promotional campaign (iBrochure/email/newsletter etc.).

4. Email and mobile number data is collected within the Textfor... system providing permission-based mobile phone numbers and email addresses.

5. A customer tracking report is compiled providing intelligence for future campaigns.
